I am a firm believer in you first in all my training. I do this by understanding your individual needs and only then tailor programmes and guide that suit your specific requirements. As each of us is different so is your training, health and wellbeing response so regardless of your level, determination is always a key factor. It is this determination and ultimately your goals that we focus on and my core aim is to keep pushing you to achieve YOUR goals and bring out the best in YOU.
I don’t beat around the bush my training is precise, clear and concise. The output is the single result of the input – I can help you do this.

Nutrition
Your training results are only as effective as your diet
A well balanced meal plan and nutritional diet is an important part of leading a healthy lifestyle. Combined with physical activity, your diet can help you to reach and maintain a healthy weight, reduce your risk of chronic diseases (like heart disease and cancer), and promote your overall health.
Managing weight
Weight management is the process of adopting long-term lifestyle modification to maintain a healthy body weight on the basis of a person's age, sex and height. Methods of weight management include eating a healthy diet and increasing physical activity levels.
Building Muscle
When trying to build muscle, it is particularly important to regularly consume much needed macro nutrients like high-quality proteins, complex carbohydrates and polyunsaturated fatty acids.

A fitness program is no more than defining your exercise and nutritional program, setting your personal fitness goals, and then executing upon your plan. The fact that you have made the decision to take an active approach to your personal fitness and begin a fitness program is the first step.
Consultation
Consultation is all about you as a client so that I can get a true understanding of your gaols ahead it is also the start of your journey so it is important to fully understand your needs fitness and wellbeing to be able to create a program the is custom to your specify needs.
Interaction
Interaction is so import, almost more than the plan itself. Interaction = knowledge. The knowledge we gain will equate into better understanding of your needed so you can achieve maximum results this is the most important aspect of your training. I always say that the clients who interact the most generally have the best results.
Body-building
Focus, focus, focus + hard work & determination
There is no minimum number of hours that have to be spent in the gym to become a bodybuilder. There are no required exercises, or number of sets or repetitions that have to be completed before one is considered a bodybuilder. A bodybuilder doesn’t have to be under ten percent body fat.
Meal Planning
Bodybuilding doesn't have a one-size-fits-all nutrition plan that athletes need to follow. However, most bodybuilding nutrition programs combine a calorie counting diet with the macro diet also known as the 'If It Fits Your Macros'
Training Focus
We all have a different type of training focus however one thing is certain how we get to the end goal will depend on how we apply our mind to the goals set out for us with as much determination as possible.

Regular exercise improves health and fitness. Health is defined as a state of complete mental, physical and social well-being; not merely the absence of illness or infirmity. Fitness is the ability to meet the demands of the environment. Sport is a good way of relieving stress.
Exercise
Exercise is physical activity that is planned, structured, and repetitive for the purpose of conditioning any part of the body. Exercise is used to improve health, maintain fitness and is important as a means of physical rehabilitation.
Mind and Body
Connected with the relationship between the mind and the body and how mental processes and physical processes affect each other. Mind-body techniques such as relaxation, exercise and mindfulness are associated with improved immune function, health and overall wellbeing.
